Christmas 2002
Christmas day itself was just fantastic. We all started the day with extra large Bonios that were turkey flavoured, followed by endless other treats throughout the day. For dinner we ate something lovely called duck with roasted vegetables. If it is the same as the ducks we see out in the park on our walks I will have to make more effort to catch one, as they are much tastier than they look.
George and I got something called a 'screaming monkey' each. They come all the way from America, and have long floppy arms and legs and when you bite their middles they make very loud monkey noises. Their arms and legs have velcro on so when Mum got sick of us making them scream she velcroed them around our necks, and we walked about the house with them on. It took me about three seconds to work out how to take my monkey off and make it scream again. Buttons got a regular squeaky toy that I stole because he was more thrilled with the wrapping paper - he is so slow to catch on. Anyway I hope that Christmas happens again really soon as I think it is the best. Information contained herein is provided 'as is'. No warranty is given or implied.
