These are some of my favourite greyhound-related sites. Many of the online retail sites are based in the UK, and those that aren't will ship to the UK (and usually Europe) if required. In most cases I have used the ones that offer goods for sale, and they are listed here because I have found their service and products to be of the highest quality.

Chat Groups

Circle of Grey offers support and advice to owners of ill greyhounds, or to those who have recently lost a dog. As well as being an enormous support to me throughout Jerry's illness, this group were an invaluable source of practical advice and information.

Golden Greys is a friendly Yahoo group for people who own and care for senior greyhounds. A good place for information on the special needs of older dogs.

Grey Talk is a very active forum which has members from all over the world. Racing neutral.

Greyhound Fun is (mostly UK-based) owners of retired racing greyhounds. It is an informal group for sharing stories, helping to rehome dogs, and general chat and advice on any matter concerning dogs. Regardless of your experience, you will be made to feel welcome.

Greyhound List is made up of owners from all over the world coming together to talk about their dogs. It is non-political and strictly controlled and, due to its huge membership, whatever your question or problem, there is bound to be someone out there who can help. One word of warning though, if you do sign up be prepared for in excess of 50 messages a day (sent in digest form). It is possible to reduce this by only receiving posts on particular topics if your system can not cope with such volume (which can be expensive if you are on a dial-up modem).

Naturally Grey is for owners who are interested in feeding their greyhounds a raw or natural diet.

And finally, for anyone who has ever been part of any sort of dog list here is something that you may find amusing.
